CS Nishant Bajaj

CS Nishant Bajaj is a Law Graduate from Mumbai University, Bachelor of Commerce, Certified CSR Professional and a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Nishant is a Corporate Law Consultant and a Trainer. Nishant has delivered various lectures on various topics on Companies Act.
Nishant has extensive knowledge and experience of more than 14 years in Corporate Governance and various Company Law matters.

Nishant started his career in the year 2009 as Manager in Singrodia Goyal & Co., Chartered Accountants, Mumbai (Presently SGCO & Co. LLP) till 2018 and then as Partner of Kreston SGCO Advisors LLP., Financial Advisors between October, 2018 till April, 2022. Since then Nishant has worked in the legal and secretarial vertical. Nishant is having vast experience in handling and advising on various company law and corporate law matters including incorporation of company, IPO, Rights Issue, Preferential Issues of securities, Board, Committees and shareholders meetings, mergers, amalgamations and restructuring of companies, certification & filing of various forms, returns and other documents with MCA, ROC, SEBI & Stock Exchanges.

Nishant has worked with large business houses catering to varied sectors such as Healthcare & Pharma, Sugar, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Financial Market, Chemicals, Mining, IT/ITeS, Gems & Jewellery, Dairy Products, etc.

CS Jessica Gandhi

CS Jessica Gandhi is a Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University and a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Jessica is a Corporate Law Consultant.

Jessica has extensive knowledge and experience of more than 5 years in the field of Compliance & Secretarial. Jessica believes in the quote of "Develop a passion for learning. If you do, you will never cease to grow".

Jessica specialized in Secretarial Audits and Due Diligence for Companies of various sectors. Jessica is also actively involved in various Corporate transactions, Mergers, Demerger, Capital Reductions and Acquisitions.

Anusree Polen

Anusree Polen is commerce graduate, also pursuing L.L.B degree and is currently undergoing her long -term training as a junior associate with Nishant Bajaj & Associates. She believes in that the more you read, the more things you will know; the more you know, the more you grow.

Divya Sarraf
